ATTENTION: Participation prerequisites

Please note that it is mandatory to wear face masks at all times in the Convention Centre.

You may join the event only with

a valid EU digital COVID certificate
a valid immunity certificate from countries listed on the following web page:

a negative PCR test

Those participants who fail to show the certificate at the venue will be denied entrance to the conference premises.

All participants are required to review the entry conditions to Hungary and obtain the necessary papers on time before the event. Registration fees will not be refunded due to the lack of appropriate documentation.

Please print the entry visa support letter attached to the confirmation of registration email sent by the Congress Secretariat, as you may need to present this at the border.
