each World Congress, two prizes of USD 500 is granted to two orthopaedic
surgeons with an accepted oral in Orthopaedics Microsurgery or a poster in Hand
and a certificate. The purpose is to help two young surgeons attend the
Congress.

under 40, be members of SICOT (2022 membership paid), and have an accepted
abstract (oral in Orthopaedics Microsurgery or poster in Hand) for the SICOT

Two awards of USD 500 each, as
well as free registration for the Congress and a certificate, will be granted
at the Closing Ceremony to two young orthopaedic surgeons with an accepted
abstract (poster) in Sports Traumatology and Arthroscopy. The purpose is to
help them attend the meeting and encourage the submission of poster
presentations.

The Award Recipient will be given the opportunity to attend the SICOT 42nd Orthopaedic World Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 28-30 September 2022. SICOT members who are private practice orthopaedic surgeons and fellows are encouraged to apply. presentation in Trauma and one for the best poster presentation on
Deformity of the Limb, will be granted free registration to the Hull Deformity
Course, which will take place in Hull, United Kingdom. The course material, lunches

addition, the accommodation costs will be reimbursed by SICOT up to EUR 500
(upon receiving the hotel receipt as proof of your expenses). However,
the travel expenses will have to be covered by the awardee himself.

honour of Shanmuga S. Jayakumar, considered to be amongst the greatest
paediatric orthopaedic surgeons in the United States. A prize of EUR 300 is
