Terms & Conditions

  • Members who have not renewed their dues by 31 March of each year will be deemed to have resigned, and their member profile will be deactivated.

  • Members may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a written resignation to the Secretary General or by failing to pay their dues within three months of the due date. In such cases, no reimbursement of dues shall be made.

  • New members only may cancel their membership and request a refund within two (2) weeks of the payment date. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after this period.

  • Any change of status from Active to Associate must be submitted to the SICOT Head Office together with a valid identification document as supporting evidence. Any excess amount paid will be credited toward the following year’s dues. No refund shall be issued.

We are pleased to introduce SICOT CONECT, an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration within the global orthopaedic community. This platform fosters meaningful connections among subspecialized surgeons, supporting professional growth and collaboration.

 

Within our Board of Subspecialties (BOSS), each subspecialty committee includes 17 active members. With SICOT CONECT, we aim to expand this network, creating a Community of Practice that includes all SICOT members with an interest in a particular subspecialty.
